Curious and inspired, Rudy began recreating the dish in his own kitchen. Batch after batch, he experimented with recipes, fine-tuning the crispiness and flavour, while inviting friends over to taste his latest creations. The response was always the same; they loved it.

Encouraged by their support, what started as simple kitchen experiments soon grew into an idea: to share rösti with more people.

RÖSTii first debuted as a pop-up at Boutiques Singapore, where the response exceeded expectations. In June 2025, the first outlet opened at Amoy Street, introducing our signature oven-baked rösti to the city. Today, with a second outlet on Kandahar Street, RÖSTii continues to grow and serve its golden, crispy rösti to the community.

From one home kitchen to our stores today, our goal remains simple, to share the joy of good food, good company and crispy rösti made for everyone.
